"Owner was very rude over the phone. He asked me what my event was for and for what time. I told him 5-10pm for a small bridal shower. He said you’d need to be out by 10pm and I said okay. He then says “well we don’t even do evening events because they don’t have staffing to set up or clean up at that time”. I thought to myself, then why would you tell me that I need to be out by 10pm (Internally). I started to answer with “we could set up and clean up ourselves—“ but then he kept rudely interrupting me repeating the words, “Our rate is 150 dollars, our rate is 150 dollars” over and over as I was trying to talk. I immediately ended the call on him because I found that very disrespectful and rude. He had a rude tone from the moment we got on the call."
